Abstract :
In this paper, attention was focused on the real possibility in outlining the technology influence on the specific P.D. inception electric field of some electrotechnical papers. This kind of analysis takes the aim to direct applications regarding improved dielectric structures and can also complete the theory of cellulose dielectric failure
