Abstract :
We report the first accuracy evaluation of the new IEN Cs fountain primary frequency standard. Although preliminary, and performed in absence of a resident H-maser, all the principal effects are evaluated at few units of 10/sup -15/ level. Differential measurements and TWSTFT remote comparisons were used to supply in the absence of the H-maser.
