Abstract :
The construction of a primary frequency standard based on a continuous beam of laser cooled cesium atoms has been completed. The device is operational and undergoes its first accuracy evaluation. The paper presents stability measurements and accuracy issues, with a special emphasis on the uncertainty contributions that differ from a pulsed fountain.
