Abstract :
Aiming at the production type enslaved by the working ability and the cooperation partners, a novel model for integration of collaborative planning and rapid scheduling is constructed to deal with it. The model can effectively solve the scheduling problem lack of the working ability and the problem of the unfixed scheduling set in which part of the jobs can be outsourced but part of the jobs cannot be outsourced, and give a scheduling with the most jobs in stated make-span. A hybrid genetic algorithm with heuristic method is put forward. The feasibility of planning and the consistency of scheduling are ensured, meanwhile, the decision of process route is made. Finally, the method has been applied in a flow shop of a rag trade company, and the validity and feasibility of our integrated optimization model has been proved.
