Abstract :
The internal situation and external environment of enterprises are becoming more and more complex, which makes it important to manage a enterprise harmoniously and evaluate enterprise harmony degree precisely. Based on previous framework and theoretical basis, we identify and document the influence factors of enterprise internal harmony degree from the perspective of organization management. Furthermore, this paper constructs an integrated evaluation model on the enterprise internal harmony degree using the weighted joint entropy method, and illustrates the mathematic formula and calculating process. Finally, an enterprise case provides empirical evidence on our evaluation system. And the case demonstrates that the harmony degree measurement model based on weighted joint entropy, presented in this paper, is scientific and practical.
