  • Abstract
    A new concept for a phantom-burden power source is proposed. The reference power consisting of a pure sinusoidal voltage and an in-phase current is applied to the standard power meter, and the test power of the same voltage and a quadrature current superimposed on the inphase current is applied to the test meter.
