Abstract :
Based on the Method of Moment and Fourier transform, a method for the analysis of transient electromagnetic fields generated by buses, power lines and connection lines of devices while switch operating on substations is presented. The results are compared with those of method of MTL (multi-conductor transmission lines), the difference is small. Finally, using the presented method, a model of a 500 kV substation buses without load is set up, and the wave propagation of currents on the power lines and the electric field intensity are analyzed by this method and FFT. These results will be very useful in the next research.
