Software testing has already developed into a unique market of software industry. Due to the rapid development of software testing industry, large numbers of software testing talents are urgently needed. This paper analyses the current demand situation of software testing talents and the characteristics of practical college software testing talents training in detail. In the light of the requirement of practical software testing talents, it sheds light on the construction and practice of the training pattern of practical college software testing talents and its curriculum system.
