Abstract
The optimization and selection procedure of logistics center facilities layout projects has an important status in the logistics system layout and planning. Aiming at the deficiencies existing in the logistics center facilities layout projects optimization and selection, a new optimization frame was developed. Based on the analysis to the recent relevant studies, the evaluation index system for logistics center facilities layout projects was constructed, which included fourteen indexes. In view of the weight determination deficiencies of common comprehensive evaluation methods and the inefficiency of traditional DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis), one method based on the DEA cross-efficiency model was presented. And in the end, the optimization method was applied on one farming logistics center facilities layout projects evaluation course to validate its feasibility and correctness.
