Abstract
The aim of this paper is to specify synthetically elements for a syntax and semantics of a language proper to program the operational procedures. These preferred symbols and definitions are not mandatory, but the aim is to constitute an unified suite for an operational, mathematical and graphical language. The programming language elements may be used in an interactive programming environment.
