Abstract :
This paper deals with the design of 5 bit Interpolating ADC using 180nm technology. High-speed and low resolution analog-to-digital converters (ADC) are key elements in the wireless communication system, red channel of optical and magnetic data storage systems, communication system & wireless sensor network. The aim of this research is to increase input bandwidth & high speed conversion. Behavioral models are developed to analyze the bandwidth limitation at the architecture level.
