Abstract :
A finite element (FE) computational modeling and solution scheme is presented for field-circuit systems involving general three-phase external circuits with possibly nonlinear circuit elements. The method is illustrated for a triggered regulator circuit and is an extension of an approach presented recently for similar problems but with linear circuits.
