Abstract :
Industry-university-research which defined as IUR cooperative technological innovation has gradually become a popular issue in region innovation research. A majority of the present research concentrates on qualitative investigations, e.g. technological innovation pattern and mechanism, which shows inadequacy in quantitative analysis of IUR technological innovation achievements. The studies on IUR technological innovation achievements were performed with different emphases by the scholars. Referring to the literature, this paper establishes a new index system of IUR cooperative technological innovation performance from the aspects of environment, input, output, operation mechanism and effect. Furthermore, the author applies fuzzy integral method to analyze the appraisal index system. The paper finds the IUR technological innovation performance of China, and identifies some problems in its development progress.
