Abstract :
Forest biomass energy resources, as alternatives to fossil energy, are green renewable energy in the future. State-owned forest areas of Heilongjiang, as China´s key state-owned forest areas have great development potential of forest biomass resources. This paper takes Longjiang Group as the research object, using data envelopment analysis (DEA) to test the development efficiency of forest biomass resource. Basing on analyzing the previous study results, this article uses the method of using DEA efficiency, rating from the input-output point of view, through the method of data envelopment analysis (DEA model) to evaluate the performance of forest biomass resource development of LongJiang Group to explore forest biomass energy potential of national forest construction. The results show that the relative efficiency of Longjiang Lin Group´s developing biomass energy is relatively stable. At the same time, it´s proposed to increase government support and technology support as theory basis of economic restructuring and regional economic development of forestry enterprises.
