  • Abstract
    This article firstly sets up a growth capability index of Chinese high-tech industry, which include two aspects of inside growth capability and outside growth capability; Inside growth capability include innovation capability of science and technology and growth capability of industry; outside growth capability include support capability of economy and support capability of environment then evaluates on the samples we choose from two aspects, inside growth capability and outside growth capability. The samples are west China, east China and middle China, which is classified by China High-tech Industry Statistical Yearbook 2008. After analysis, our conclusion is that great difference especially regional difference lies in growth capability of Chinese high-tech industry, east is the best then central and west is the worst. At last we give some strategic guiding direction for each sample.
