  • Abstract
    Based on panel-data SFPF model, this paper focus on China´s high-tech industry from 2000 to 2007 and divides it into five sub-industries. Based on different types of output of R&D activities, we establish influence-factor model and non influence-factor model which can measure the diversification of efficiency, and then we emphatically analyze the influence factors. At the end of the paper, we propose some advice on how to improve the R&D activities efficiency of China´s high-tech industry.
