Abstract :
This article showed the chaos phenomenon in the smooth gap permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), and did some research to control the chaos with both negative feedback method and additional periodic signal method. After numerical value simulating, it indicated that the negative feedback method was much more simple and effective. This method not only can control the original chaotic system to period orbit, but also it can control the system to an equilibrium dot. The equilibrium dot was very close to the original instability equilibrium dot, it is to say that this method can maintain motor´s d axis current not vary with controlling parameter. So, it possessed important project connotation in stabilizing PMSM´S performance. Simultaneously, it laid foundation to research non-smooth gap PMSM´S chaos controlling.
