Abstract
Campus cloud is a new form of campus information system implementation. This paper proposes the new scheme for campus cloud implementation based on telecom public service platform. To address the existing limitations of region applicability and resource-consuming in cloud model, a method for resources calculated and positioning strategy is proposed based on regional priorities and the resources type. In the cloud model, the use of middleware services layer and the virtual services will make application components easy coupling and decoupling, implementation services and flexible configuration, reduce resource consumption. Application shows that using this model can reduce difficulty in the campus cloud development and deployment platform, and achieving higher cost-effective campus information applications.
