Abstract :
In this paper, a new signal processing system is designed for dual-polarization weather radar. We first design the weather echo, then compute algorithms using to obtain the polarization parameters estimation by processing the echo. Finally we build a weather recognition model to classify the processed data and give a weather forecasting reference for this model
