Abstract
With the growing informationization investment, people increasingly care about the relationship between informationization and the enterprise competitive advantage day by day. As one of the enterprise competitive advantage sources, informationaization does not only influence the enterprise´s competitive advantage directly, but influence it indirectly through variables, such as learning capability, enterprise culture. Through the previous research results, and the field research, based on the knowledge of information management and organizational behavior, this paper has selected the observation variable, has introduced the intermediary variable, and has constructed the theoretical model which reflects the informationization influences enterprise competitive advantage, to attempt to research the mechanism and the pattern of informationization influencing the enterprise competitive advantage thoroughly, and to provide certain reference and help for the fundamental research and the modern enterprises´ practice.
