Abstract :
Customers are the most important assets of enterprise. In the era of customer economy, customers are becoming the core of competitive focus, and the value of enterprise is decided by customers. The enterprise should turn their operating object from product to customer, and apply customer operation mode. Customer operation mode can be defined as an operating innovation that enterprise take customers as operating object, equip with resource around customers, acquire customer lifetime value through applying customer satisfactory tactics, and make enterprise acquire sustainable customer competitive superiority. Compared with product operation mode, the main content, characteristic and advantages of customer operation mode are introduced in this paper. The drivers of customer value and the best type of customer operation mode are analyzed. The tactics of customer operation mode are presented and some constructive suggestions on how to carry out customer operation mode for enterprise are proposed. The result of this paper can help enterprise apply customer operation mode and acquire sustainable customer competitive superiority.
