Abstract :
Indonesia has large area of islands and seas. This condition did not only give Indonesia many profits and advantages, but also give the disaster vulnerability. Many disasters happened in last few years and most of them was natural disaster and tsunami disaster impact in 2004 is the biggest one. The rapid spreading in the global service has greatly increased research in Service Science and Service Systems Engineering (SSE). In Service Systems practice, the service value chain in terms of connections among system entities was defined to co-create value and deliver high quality of service, and SSE provided the composite of service and technological advanced. Therefore SSE could be implemented in Disaster Management System (DMS) to produce the Intelligent Disaster Management System (IDMS) Based on SSE. IDMS modeled by combining many other intelligent system. The Intelligent concept would accommodate the service appropriately. As the result, IDMS framework model hoped to reduce the victims of disaster in Indonesia.
