  • Abstract
    This paper is to scientifically analyze the corporate governance risk factors based on the research results by some scholars both at home and abroad, and design the scales of questionnaires for corporate governance risk and relative influencing factors, targeting at the senior managers and corporate governance experts in listed corporate, carry out questionnaires and scales data analysis by SPSS and Lisrel software. Build up structural equation modeling for relationships of corporate governance risk and corporate governance culture, ownership structure, and inside governance. A significant correlation is observed between these four influencing factors for corporate governance risk. It is found by modeling and testing that the related degrees of influence on the governance risk are listed as the following sequence: corporate governance culture, ownership structure, and external/internal governance.
