  • Abstract
This paper discusses the connotation of eco-enterprises and their core competence. And it analyzes the related concepts and applies the theories of the PSR (pressure-state-response), and by coupling the PSR theory with the core competence of eco-enterprise, this paper puts forward three models for the core competence promotion of eco-enterprises: PSR series model of supply chain elements, PSR integration practice model of production system elements, PSR three-dimension driven model of organization elements. Finally, it draws the conclusion: the eco-enterprises should apply the PSR theory rationally in the process of enhancing their core competence, and they can comprehensively enhance their core competence as a whole by promoting each element respectively in order to make the eco-enterprises get the long-term sustainable competence.
