Abstract :
A dynamic publish/subscribe system must deal with new subscriptions and cancellation of existing subscriptions; for brevity it is assumed that the broker topology is static. It is easy to see that a routing configuration might not ensure the delivery of all notifications that are matched by a new subscription.
