Abstract :
The performance of a linear interference canceller for a Direct-Sequence Code-Division Multiple-Access (DS/CDMA) synchronous system in a multipath environment is considered in this paper. The scheme proposed for intra-cell interference cancellation is analyzed by means of computer simulations under two different power control techniques: fast (FPC) and average power control (APC). The obtained results show a significant improvement in terms of capacity with regard to the conventional receiver
