  • Abstract
Data Fusion (DF) performance evaluation is based on the association of "true" and estimated (by DF) Target Situation Pictures (TaSP), which is followed by a variety of Figures of Merit (FOM) calculations. However, because of TaSP configuration complexity, different approaches should be employed for evaluation of different target activities. Therefore, the decomposition of "true" TaSP into target activity patterns is a pre-condition for the meaningful DF performance evaluation. Consequently, only the relevant FOM are calculated for each particular activity.
