            Abstract : 
In the paper, we present a constructive procedure for stability analysis of linear time-invariant differential systems with delay that is implemented in MATLAB. The algorithm is based on the Lyapunov - Krasovskii and the Razumikhin approaches, and allows estimating the critical parameters and the robustness bounds of the system.
