Abstract :
Based on the genetic algorithm and artificial intelligence, a new algorithm and a new executive procedure, which aim at the conflict between time and service provided by the public transit system in a city, are presented to solve such problems as the city traffic assignment, the computation for buses running time, the minimum transfer tune in city intelligent transport system.
