Abstract :
Ionic wind is the air flow caused by corona discharge. Pulse mode of voltage supply is of interest in respect to increasing power efficiency, reducing size and mass of device, decreasing supplying voltage. Flow character is considered in dependence of pulse duration and time gap between pulses. Optimization parameters are introduced and discussed.
