Abstract :
A method of converting a database into a knowledgebase is described in the paper. Our approach consists of: (1) the selection of a development tool; (2) the expression of knowledge; (3) the designing of a database; and (4) the conversion of the database. Finally, the applicability of the suggested method can be proved by successful operation of the DCS fault diagnosis expert system
