Abstract :
How to choose configuration and algorithms for control strategy (CS) is the basic problem in control engineering. Here the approach of conceptual design of control strategies (CDCS) is proposed to make the multi design options production and innovation possible. The relative definitions, fundamental idea, features and applications of CDCS are given. The detailed procedure based on function-configuration-technological process mapping model (F-C-TP.MM), related theories and systematic framework of CDCS are given. Finally an example of CDCS for the boiler steam temperature control is given to illustrate the application of CDCS
