Abstract :
Simulation approach to the problem of promoting organizational decisions within a company is presented. The company is represented as a directed graph. Each subset of vertices includes one level of executives. A simulation model is implemented in Matlab environment. It allows one to analyze different scenarios of employees´ reaction.
