Abstract :
Business process management is a management model that allows the organizations to manage their processes as any other asset and improve them over a period of time. To date, many BPM packages have not been playing the role of strategic decision making. This paper will enable BPM users to understand next generation BPM packages. It covers the factors which leads the existing BPM to next generation BPM practices. Next generation BPM is explained with detailed components and structure.
