  • Abstract
    The overall high performance requirements for the modern radar system set higher and higher requirements for the radar frequency source, such as high spectrum purity, low phase noise and wide bandwidth, fast frequency switching speed, and complex signal generation capability, etc. and drive continuously the development of radar frequency source technique. This paper describes the design and implementation of an S-band direct radar frequency source for an ultra-low-altitude target acquisition radar and presents the result of development
