Abstract :
The method of moment (MoM) in frequency domain can provide high accurate solution to electromagnetic-scattering problems. But it does well provided a computer with high capability. A new MoM is presented in this paper to calculate monostatic radar cross section (RCS) on a personal computer. According to the characteristic of Green´s function, one can separate wave number from space parameters by Chebyshev polynomial approximation. Those terms, which have some thing to do with the geometrical parameters of scatters, are calculated first. Then monostatic RCS at different frequencies can be rapidly calculated. Numerical results for RCS are given for various structures and compared with other available data
