Abstract :
The problem of input design is considered for the following case: it is desired to identify a multi-input multi-output system such that particular ratios of model parameters are estimated well. In addition, the experiment must satisfy constraints on ratios of system outputs. A method is developed to determine an appropriate input sequence that involves the solution of a convex optimization problem
