  • Abstract
    Computer tools are required in order to evaluate and optimize cellular systems. Mobile network simulators will play an important role in the optimization process. The different phases of such simulations and the adherent modelling is briefly discussed. A particular simulator, MONSTER, jointly developed by Norwegian Telecom Research and Telia Research is presented
