Refinement and Exploration on Project Management Model of Our Country

As the evolution of construction industry and construction management system goes further in our country, the production pattern and institution of the construction industry has undergone many. And the management system has formed, which is primarily based on the project management. In this paper, engineering project management pattern of domestic and overseas is discussed and disadvantages analyzed in China´s project management. It points out that the further development trend of engineering project management pattern should be paid great attention and a new construction form should be introduced. In order to introduce international pattern management formula and have staff as well as fulfill business, some works should start with management system which combined management and supervision, and new management system which is suitable to international competition should be established. As a result, the competitive contractor enterprises and project management companies will arise. On the basis of experiences of international engineering project management and of our country´s practice, some concrete suggestions are proposed in order to perfect engineering project management pattern in China.
