Abstract :
Intersection delay is very important for city road design and planning. In this paper, this paper made an analysis of the Changchun City intersection delay by using HCM model and dot-sample method, modify the HCM model´s parameter by using least square method, and establish the intersection delay model which is proper for the Changchun city road. This model can be used to analyze and evaluate the intersection delay of the Changchun city, and also has the reference value of city planning.
