  • Abstract
The stress measurement method based on the ferromagnetic material magneto-elastic effect is one kind of new technology. At present the research key point of the method is how to improve its measurement accuracy and the sensitivity. Because amorphous alloy material has good soft magnetic properties, so it has been already widely uses in many kinds of the sensor the development, and the stress measurement method based on amorphous alloy just is one of its lot of the application in the sensor. First, in this paper we analyzed theoretically this kind of stress measuring technique feasibility, and then carried on the measurement experiment in One-way stress and two-way stress using the Fe-base amorphous state alloy thin belt in the laboratory. The results of the test have showed that this stress measurement method is higher measurement sensitiveness and precision.
