Abstract :
Novel Si-wire optical MUX/DeMUX employing microring resonator assisted delayed Mach-Zehnder interferometers is experimentally demonstrated. The fabricated device shows 1×4Ch demultiplexing with low excess loss (<;0.8dB) and flatband spectral response.
