Abstract
We showed and demonstrated that the multiple phase shift (MPS) technique is applicable to not only simple sampled fibre Bragg gratings (FBG´s), but also various kinds of complex (superstructure) FBG´s, such as apodized, sinc, and chirped sampled FBG´s. We believe that MPS technique is very useful to many kinds of superstructure FBG´s.
