Abstract :
Experimental and theoretical investigations of electrical properties of biological system have helped to develop understanding of the properties of various biological entities and to elucidate mechanisms of interaction of EM fields. There exist two interactions views of the electrical field with matter: macroscopic and microscopic. Generally said, interaction mechanisms could be explained by relaxation phenomena, field-induced forces and no equilibrium phenomena. The aim of this paper is to give the review of this phenomenon.
