Abstract :
There are various industrial processes calling for reliable and cheap high frequency energy regulation. High-frequency generators are sources, appropriate for applications of the kind since they are highly efficient reliable and cheap systems. This paper presents the design of a high frequency generator by push-pull scheme class D realized with HEXFET power MOSFET transistor sets. The transformer output provides galvanic load division. PWM control current scheme and PLL circuit is used.
