Abstract :
This paper reports our recent work on narrow-linewidth tunable laser, which utilizes two etalons in the external cavity to obtain linewidth <; 100 kHz, tuning range ~ 40 nm, SMSR >; 60 dB and fiber-coupled output power >; 20 mW.
