Abstract
Summary form only given. Customer network configurations and applications that provide maximum economic leverage for the customer are discussed. The need for the network to be a platform of innovation for the corporate entity is addressed. ISDN (integrated-services digital network) gives corporate network managers unprecedented levels of control over network solution sets for voice and data transport, enhanced networking solutions, and management of resources.<>
