Abstract :
New experimental setups dedicated to solving several signal processing problems are suggested in the paper. The setups are targeted towards a compromise between analog and digital paths of the audio signal. The paper highlights the specific features of the hardware solutions proposed here compared to the current audio system solutions. The analysis is focused on hardware aspects involving the design and implementation. The analysis aims the further use of the new solutions in low-cost audiophile loudspeaker systems.
