Improvement of Chinese Input Method Based on Standard Keyboard

With the development of the internet and popularization of computer application, the Chinese input method is paid attention to by people increasingly. Currently although there are various Chinese language input methods, but there still are some shortage on input efficiency. For example most input methods pick up an input candidate by the number key, the user must pay attention to the display and the keyboard, this input style is easy to make mistakes and input efficiency is lower. The proposed method takes a different manner to display and select input candidates. In addition the method uses the input assistant function to improve input efficiency further more. The existing input style is disadvantage for Chinese touch type input. By investigating those existing popular input methods, put forward improvement suggestion and demonstrate the validity by input experiment.
