            Abstract :
In conclusion, we have modified a newly designed delay locked loop phase shifting (DLL-PS) circuit to build up an inherently phase- or delay-time-tunable, regeneratively mode-locked erbium-doped fiber laser (RML-EDFL) system. The optical wavelength, pulsewidth, spectral width, and maximum delay-time tuning range of the RML-EDFL are given.
